Solidscape T76 Benchtop
NEW!!
The T76 reduces your costs and time-to-market by
translating CAD designs from jewelry, dental and engineering
design software into 3D casting patterns. Grow models of
your most intricate and complex designs with the assurance
of results that are geometrically perfect and, in many
cases, unable to be produced by hand crafting or by milling
systems. Undercuts, overhangs and cavities are no problem
because of Solidscape’s dissolvable support material
structure.
- Bring your product to market faster and more
efficiently
- Make rapid changes to models quicker and help close
more sales
- Castable material burns out clean and easily - no
extra steps to casting or burn out
- Easy to use for true non-attended model making
- Compatible with many popular software brands
including: 3Design, Gemvision Matrix, Rhino, Rhino Gold,
JewelCad, ArtCam, and will accept industry standard STL
files.
The T76 operates on standard current, uses non-toxic
build materials and has a small footprint…making it truly
office friendly. And the consumables? Inexpensive to use
when compared to other model building system technologies.
All this at a price that won’t break the bank.
Solidscape T76 New Features:
-
Auto-Calibration on Start Up
-
Touch Screen Commands (On Flat Screen
monitor)
-
Audible/Voice Help System (& Visual)
-
USB Port located at front of unit for
easy transferring from a flash drive
The T76 system
brings even greater ease of use to Solidscape’s line of wax growers.
As with all Solidscape systems, the T76 uses Solidscape’s acclaimed
build material that is specifically formulated for lost-wax casting
applications. This means no unexpected shrinkage or expansion and no
residual ash to cause pitting.
The new T76
system incorporates a Windows CE interface and, Solidscape’s
Click-It® operator interface. However, unlike previous systems,
Click-It® now easily leads users through the job setup process using
a 17 inch touch-screen monitor, eliminating the need for a mouse
and/or keyboard. In addition, an integrated multimedia help system
can be accessed via the touch-screen to view common operational
procedures. Transfer files to the T76 using an industry standard USB
flash memory drive or the system’s built-in ethernet interface. The
T76 has a large; 232mm build area in which to put its 5,000 dpi XY
resolution to work.
The new T76
incorporates the automatic functions of the popular R66® system used
by custom retail and studio jewelers, but with a duty cycle and
speed of Solidscape’s widely used T66 Benchtop 2. The T76 is this
and much more. The touch-screen based Click-It® and multimedia help
systems are outstanding enhancements to further end user ease of
use.
